We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our Christmas and holiday decorations as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Prices for our products are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

We ship within the United States and worldwide. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $10 for US orders and $20 for International orders. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways (such as Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, and Venmo, as shown at checkout). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

In no case shall Holiday Aura, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our products or website.

Because our products are decorative in nature, Holiday Aura is not liable for any damage caused by improper use, installation, or placement of decorations (including but not limited to fire hazards, electrical issues, or damage to property). Our liability to you is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the state in which our business is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the USA.
